DEPOSITS

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

 

✨ Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

✨ Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows.

✨ Need to reschedule? Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

✨ Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new deposit to book again.

 

                            PLEASE BE ON TIME.

 

Your appointment time is reserved especially for YOU, so please arrive ready to get cute! 

 

💕 A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

💕 After 10 minutes, a late fee may be added.

💕 After 15 minutes, your appointment WILL be canceled or rescheduled depending on the schedule.

💕 If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

 

Please remember: being late can affect the appointments scheduled after yours. We want every Natural Oasis client to receive the time, care, and attention they deserve.
